Whenever our teacher asks a question, he interrupts others and acts as if he knows everything about the topic. It's so annoying that I can't concentrate! * **B:** I see what you mean. The best way to deal with a "Know-it-all" is to stay calm and not argue with them. You should just acknowledge their opinion with a polite phrase like "That's an interesting point", and then continue your own work so that you don't waste your time. --- ### Exercise 7 (ICT) **The Drama Queen / The Drama King** > A "Drama Queen" is a person who tends to overreact to everyday situations and turns minor issues into major crises so as to get everyone’s attention. They behave as though the whole world revolves around their problems. They are often so emotional and loud that they create stress for the people around them. > > To deal with this type of person, you should stay calm and avoid reacting with strong emotions, since attention is exactly what they are looking for.
